Excellent for self-assessing each of your abilities and see where your strength and weaknesses are. Not for showing who has the biggest p*nis.

I love this addon, I don't know where I would be without being able to see my dps soar high above everyone else's.
Not to mention I like being able to see the difference in rotations I play around with.

This is great to check who is doing enough dps in a raid and who is not
